One move

Wall Push-Ups

Strength Stability Upper body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Stand facing a wall with feet hip-width apart. Place hands shoulder-width at chest height on the wall. Bend your elbows to lean your chest toward the wall, then push back to start. Keep your body in a straight line.

Option. Stand closer to the wall for a quieter start. Step the feet back only when the easy angle feels solid. Knees or a higher surface if the shoulders complain. Pause one second near the wall.

Stop if. A wrist, elbow, or shoulder pinches.
