Stretch Push

40–45 min Strength Push Chest Stretch

Dumbbell Bench Press, Dumbbell Flyes, Deficit Push-Ups, Overhead Tricep Extension, and Lateral Raises. Every move loads the muscle where it is longest. Own the bottom, then press. Stop with two or three reps left.

How it runs. Ten-minute warm-up, then the list. Four sets on the bench press, then three. One-second pause at the bottom of each rep. Rest 90 seconds on the presses and 60 seconds on the rest. One pass is the session.

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.
