Park Cruise

15 min Quick Cardio Low Intensity Outdoor

An easy outdoor walk. Pavement, park path, or the block. Talk-pace. One block is a complete session.

How it runs. Walk. Breathe. Stay out until the time is up. A hill only if the flat walk already felt quiet.

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Warm-up

1 Marching in Place

40 seconds

Easy march. Soft knees. Let the arms swing.

Option. Tiny steps count. Hold a wall or a lamppost if balance feels unsure.

Stop if. A joint complains, the breath gets sharp, or the march turns into a stomp.

  2. 2

Lift one knee to a comfortable height while swinging the opposite arm forward.
