Core Monday

12–15 min Quick Full Body Low Intensity

An optional Monday opener. March, Arm Circles, Cat-Cow, Bird-Dog, Wall Push-Ups, Fire Hydrants, and Standing Side Bends. No kit. One pass counts. Skip any week you want.

How it runs. Easy warm-up, then one quiet pass through the strength moves. About forty seconds each. A second pass only if the first felt quiet.

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.
