Chair Stand Pass

15–20 min Strength Full Body Low Intensity Standing Joint Friendly

Chair Sit-to-Stand as the main lift, then Wall Sit, Wall Push-Ups, Shoulder Blade Squeezes, and a short Farmer's Carry. Stronger stand-ups. One pass counts.

How it runs. Easy march, then the list. Three sets on Chair Sit-to-Stand. Rest 60–90 seconds. One pass is the session. Next time: slower lower, a one-second pause above the seat, light bells at the chest, or five more seconds on the Wall Sit — only when form stayed quiet.

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.
