Push plus brace

20–25 min Strength Upper Body Core

Wall or incline push-ups, knee or full push-ups, a pike press or hold, Front Plank, and Dead Bug. No kit. Two or three easy sets. Stop with a couple of reps left.

How it runs. Easy march and arm circles, then the list. Two or three sets of eight to twelve, or a twenty-to-forty-second hold. Rest 60–90 seconds. One pass is the session. Add reps first, then a slower lower, then a harder angle.

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Warm-up

1 Marching in Place
