One move

Wall Angels

Mobility Stability Upper body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Stand with back against wall, arms at 90 degrees. Slide arms up and down the wall keeping contact. Great for shoulder mobility and posture.

Option. Smaller range if the shoulders are tight. Step slightly away from the wall only if the low back wants to arch. Keep ribs quiet.

Stop if. A shoulder pinches or the neck shrugs the work.
