Walking Calf Raise

Strength Conditioning Lower body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Walk forward while staying up on the balls of the feet the whole time. Turns a simple calf raise into continuous, functional work.

Option. Slow the pace or pause at the top of each step for more intensity. Hold light dumbbells once solid.
