One move

Turkish Get-Up

Strength Stability Mobility Full body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Lie on your back holding one dumbbell straight above your shoulder with locked arm. Roll to your side, come up to elbow, then hand, lunge to standing, reverse the movement smoothly back to the floor. Keep eyes on the weight the entire time.

Option. Start with no weight or a light water bottle to groove the pattern.
