One move

Tibialis Raise

Strength Stability Lower body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Lift the toes and front of the foot toward the shin while the heel stays planted. Strengthens the often-neglected front of the lower leg for better ankle stability and shin health.

Option. Do them seated or standing against a wall. Slow tempo increases the challenge.
