One move

Supine Hamstring Stretch

Mobility Stretch Lower body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Lie on your back, loop a towel or strap around one foot (or hold behind the thigh), and gently straighten the leg toward the ceiling until you feel a stretch.

Option. Keep a soft bend in the knee if needed. The opposite leg can stay bent with foot on the floor for more lower-back support.
