Single-Leg Balance Reach

Balance Stability Full body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Stand on one leg and slowly reach the opposite hand or foot in different directions. Builds balance, proprioception, and stability.

Option. Keep reaches small and slow. Close the eyes only when the basic version feels solid.
