One move

Pelvic Tilts

Mobility Stability Core

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Gently tilt your pelvis to press your lower back flat into the floor, then tilt the other way to create a small arch. Move slowly with your breath.

Option. Seated in a chair if lying down is uncomfortable. Keep the range tiny. Soft ribs. Stop if you dome, leak, feel pain, or get dizzy.
