One move

Overhead Tricep Stretch

Mobility Upper body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Reach one arm overhead, bend the elbow so the hand drops behind the head or upper back, and use the other hand to gently deepen the stretch.

Option. Keep the stretch mild. Support the elbow if needed. Do not force the hand lower than comfortable.
