One move

Neck Side Stretch

Mobility Upper body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Gently tilt one ear toward the same-side shoulder, optionally adding light hand pressure, then switch. Soft neck release.

Option. Keep the stretch very gentle — never pull hard. Look slightly down or forward to change the feel.

Show the steps
  1. 1

Sit or stand tall with shoulders relaxed.

  2. 2

Slowly tilt one ear toward the same-side shoulder until you feel a mild stretch on the opposite side of the neck.

  3. 3

Optionally rest the same-side hand lightly on the head for a tiny bit more (no forcing).

  4. 4

Hold and breathe, then return to center and switch sides.
