Jump Lunges

Power Conditioning Lower body Full body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Alternate reverse lunges with a small jump to switch legs in the air. Builds lower-body power and coordination.

Option. Step back into a reverse lunge without the jump first. Add the jump only when the landing feels soft and controlled.

Stop if. Form breaks down.
