Mobility Strength Full body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

From standing, hinge and walk your hands out to a high plank, then walk your feet back to your hands. Dynamic full-body mover.

Option. Bend the knees as much as needed to keep the back flat. Add a push-up at the plank if you want a little extra (optional).

Show the steps
  1. 1

Stand tall, then hinge at the hips and place your hands on the floor (bend knees if needed).

  2. 2

Walk your hands forward until you reach a strong high plank position — body in a straight line.

  3. 3

Pause briefly, then walk your feet toward your hands with small steps.

  4. 4

    Stand up and repeat.

  5. 5

Keep the core braced and avoid letting the hips sag or pike excessively.
