One move

Hollow Body Hold

Stability Strength Core

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Lie on your back and press your lower back firmly into the floor. Lift your shoulders and legs slightly off the ground (arms overhead or by your sides), creating a gentle banana shape. Hold and breathe.

Option. Bend your knees or lift legs less high for an easier version.
