One move

Heel Slides

Mobility Stability Lower body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat. Slowly slide one heel toward your butt as far as feels comfortable, then slide it back out straight. Alternate legs with smooth, controlled movement.

Option. Smaller slides. Towel under the heel if it helps. Keep the low back quiet and the ribs soft. Stop if the belly domes, you leak, or a hip pinches.
