Handstand Push-Up

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Kick up into a handstand against a wall (or freestanding for the elite). Lower your head toward the ground by bending elbows until they reach 90 degrees, then press back up powerfully. Keep core tight and body straight.

Option. Pike push-ups from the floor or elevate feet on a box for a stepping-stone version.
