How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Stand tall holding light dumbbells, raise them straight in front of you to shoulder height, then lower with control. Targets the front delts.

Option. One arm at a time or use water bottles. Keep the weight light so you never swing.

Show the steps
  1. 1

Stand tall with feet hip-width, dumbbells at your sides or in front of your thighs, palms facing your body.

  2. 2

Brace your core and keep a soft bend in the elbows.

  3. 3

Raise the weights straight in front of you until they reach shoulder height.

  4. 4

Pause briefly, then lower slowly back to the start.

  5. 5

Avoid leaning back or using momentum — pure front delt work.

  6. 6

Breathe out as you raise, in as you lower.
