One move

Face Pulls

Strength Mobility Upper body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Stand with soft knees and a slight hip hinge. Hold light dumbbells with palms facing each other, raise elbows to shoulder height, and pull toward your face while squeezing your shoulder blades — like pulling a rope.

Option. Got a band? Anchor it at face height and pull the same way. No gear? Do standing Y-raises instead.
