One move

Dumbbell Snatch

Power Strength Cardio Full body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

From the ground, explosively pull one dumbbell up in one motion, dropping under it into a squat as it locks out overhead. Stand tall, then lower with control. Switch arms each rep or do all on one side.

Option. Use a lighter weight or do a high pull instead of full snatch.
