One move

Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Strength Upper body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Hold dumbbells at shoulder height, press them straight overhead until arms are extended, then lower with control.

Option. Sit the press if the low back wants to arch. Lighter bells. Three-second lower; short range until the lockout stays quiet. Arnold Press with light bells once the strict path feels solid. No dumbbells: Pike Push-Ups with a short range, or Wall Push-Ups. Soft lockout. Do not chase the old overhead numbers on day one.
