One move

Dragon Flag

Strength Stability Core

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Lie on a bench or floor gripping the edge behind your head. Keeping legs straight and body rigid, lift your entire body off the bench until only your upper back remains in contact, forming a straight line from shoulders to toes. Lower with control.

Option. Bend knees (tuck dragon flag) or lift only to 45 degrees for an easier version.
