One move

Cat-Cow

Mobility Core

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Start on all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips. Alternate between rounding your back upward (Cat) while tucking your chin, and dipping your belly down while lifting your head and tailbone (Cow). Move slowly with each breath.

Option. Do it seated in a chair by rounding and arching your spine gently.
