Strength Lower body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Stand tall and rise up onto your toes, hold for a moment at the top, then lower back down with control.

Option. Both feet first. Hold a wall if balance feels unsure. Light bells or single-leg only when the double-leg raise already feels quiet.

Stop if. The Achilles pinches or the ankle wobbles out of control.
