Ankle Circles

Mobility Lower body

How to read ahead. Do to go one move at a time.

Lift one foot and draw slow circles with your ankle in both directions. Simple but powerful for lower-leg readiness.

Option. Do them seated if balance is tricky today. Point and flex the foot for extra mobility.
